Rename and save on other drive

How do I rename lp.cab to bg-bg.cab and save the bg-bg.cab file on the J Drive?

Do you want to leave the source file (lp.cab) as is, & make a copy of that, renamed (to bg-bg.cab) on J: ?
Or do you want to rename lp.cab to bg-bg.cab & move it to J: (removing the file from C:) ?
