Photo 0001- America
Photo 0002- America
...

do this:

1) Name (2)
- Mode = Fixed
- Enter: Photo<sp> (type "Photo " with the trailing space)

2) Numbering (10)
- Mode = Suffix
- Start = 1
- Incr. = 1
- Pad = 4
- Sep. = (leave blank)
- Enable the Numbering panel

3) Add (7)
- Suffix = - America (type "- America" with the leading space)
- Ensure Add(7) panel is enabled

4) Disable any other panels that modify or append the original name (e.g., Replace, Move/Copy, RegEx) so they do not reinsert the original text.

5) Select files, verify the New Name preview shows:
Photo 0001- America
Photo 0002- America
...
then click Rename.
