Windows metadata always returns 0 for 'Length' (.mp4 files)

Hi

I'm trying to add-in some text with the Lengths of some mp4 files. (The Length ("duration") times is to be taken from the Windows metadata). I'm using the field: 'Length' , aka 'System.Media.Duration', which is listed in BRU's properties for the files.

In the Add box, I'm using the syntax <(System.Media.Duration)> , as-per the userguide page 160.

It kinda works, but returns the length as a single digit, "0", every time. Same result if I use <(Length)>

The files are all pretty short (0 to 2 minutes). Is it possible that BRU is returning the Length in hours, or something? Can I change that? I'm happy to just use seconds; or hh:mm:ss format or similar.

I do have 'Renaming Options' switched on in the BRU menu.
BRU version 3.4.3.0. Windows 10 home, latest build.

thanks

Hello, what does it show in Windows itself (File Explorer then File Properties) for these files? thanks

Win explorer shows the actual file lengths in hh:mm:ss format (under field 'Length')

Oh hold on, I've just done a restart (had something protracted yesterday) and now it's working fine, showing hh-mm-ss format actual lengths.

Sorry about the diversion, it's fine!
