How to Rename without Changin Modified Date

Hi everyone, I have gone thru what I could find and cannot figure out how to run the program so that it does not change the Modified Date (in File Explorer).
I have ALL options unchecked except the RegEx (1) section (renaming the file).

Hi, just changing a file name is Windows does not change its system modified date as content is not changed. What type of files are you renaming? Are you changing metadata like exif data?

I am just renaming PDF files.

I found the issue and you are correct. Windows is not changing the Date / Time stamp. I have these files on Google Drive and Google Drive is changing the Date / Time stamp, arg... -E
