Bulk rename/add suffix to all files in folders named "Extras

I cannot figure this out for the life of me. I thought I was pretty clever with this utility.

I want to bulk add a suffix (I know how) to EVERY file in multiple folders named "Extras". I don't want to have to click on a hundred folders named "Extras" to open each one of them to change the files inside. I tried using mask, but it only brings the "Extras" folders up and not the files inside them as they aren't named anything with the word "extra" in them.

This is maddening. Can anyone help?

Thanks!! I used the regular Window search instead of installing that utility and it worked too.
I didn't know about drag and drop, I guess. You saved me so much time!
