how do I change folder timestamp

I have searched the forum and am looking for simple instructions to auto change folder dates within a directory.

Set your directory.

12:Filters, select Folders & Subfolders (if appropriate), uncheck Files

14:Special -> Change File Timestamps (which also affects folders)
