File Renames and Date Alteration

Hello,

I'm new to the forums, and I was introduced to the Bulk Rename Utility from another forum site so I'm asking for help here.
I made a video shoot yesterday that's had 229 Files but the file numbering was not the default for example 0001 and so on, I've changed the first few but need the program to do the rest from 00061 onwards can this program do this?

Also the time on my camera was set wrong as I hadn't changed it to the BST again can the program change the time stamp in order they where taken?

Make sure you're sorted correctly.
Select your files, starting with you wanted starting point.

10:Numbering, Mode: Prefix Start: 61, Pad: 4

Might also want this in there:

2:Remove -> Name
