Rename ID3 Tags using the Filename(s)

To whom it may concern,

I have a Music folder with individual artists and then all of their songs in the artist's folder, no album/subfolders. Make sense? Is there a way for me to rewrite the ID3 tags using the filename/paths(s)? All I want in the ID3 tags is artist and track name, don't care for any other information. Roughly ~90k tracks.

I found a program that will hopefully fulfill my needs in regards to my issue. Now I just hope it can handle the job.
