Replace word if filename contain certain text

Hi All

Please I have list of call recording with file name such as
CALLX_13-9-2020_18-55-45_01708585728
CALLX_15-9-2020_18-53-32_01738584425

what I want to do is change the word (CALLX) based on mobile number which is located at the end of file name
for example change (CALLX) to Jhon if mobile number is (01708585728)
and so and so

Use Excel to create the file name list from / to :

Cell A - Cell B
CALLX_13-9-2020_18-55-45_01708585728 JOHN_13-9-2020_18-55-45_01708585728

Then import the list in BRU using Import Rename Pairs (it needs to be separated by I or comma CSV).
See help file or Operations Manual: viewtopic.php?f=12&t=4743

You can use BRU to export all the names for Cell A, start BRU, select all file names needed, right-click, and select copy to clipboard from the menu and paste in Excel.
If you have a list of names -> phone you will need to use Excel to find phone in the list and replace CALLX with the name.

Please I found new problem which unknown symbols appear in file name when press Rename button
I used excel file and then text file but all the same problem (I used Arabic text)
please is there any fix???
