Append text after second dash

I need to append the phrase "FRG" after the second dash on around 2000 files.
Current file name is:
3-1234-41
What I want to achieve:
3-1234-FRG41
The amount of numbers between the two dashes can vary, so can not only use "add" and set a position. Got lost in the interface, anyone that could help me to achieve this?
