Both the "Match" identical so conducting the same files, only "Replace" different to allow "pebe" creation. Im not know why your error, except that its from having a counterfeit "path" and being redacted. Unless maybe its renaming the paths in bad order without refresh, but this just me guessing without seeing. If thats problem, you can try sorting deepest first, or just first to rename the folders, then doing all the the files.

It is probably renaming the paths in bad order > how do I sort by deepest first?

If its verified to be problem, you can click on the "Sub Dir." column, then dragging the deepest folders to the top. This strange, because Im never getting this problem, so always assumed that BRU.exe does this automatically when there is a checkmark in both "Folders" and "Subfolder"?

When I go to BRU, input the code

Using the RegEx(1) with "v2".
Match: (\b|_)[pP]hoebe(\b|_)/g
Replace: $1Pebe$2
Filter (12) Mask: *Phoebe*

and then click on the header "Sub Dir." column to put the deepest folders to the top.

I then get the below:https://e.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZ2mQkZhbJGYxOsfGku9FxVdNlDRHyK1wU7

With error:https://e.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZWmQkZlQrMuUftK6jbtI7SWNBIwm3s0VI7

and result:https://e.pcloud.link/publink/show?code=XZsmQkZWkS1pAOUGeu9cyWI96BtxB0h6Xgy

I think the folders themselves cannot be renamed easily

Since "The system cannot find the path specified" but path is redacted, I cannot guess the error, except saying that problem is not RegEx(1).
If its me, I try to rename one problem folder to verify bad path, then study why the path is bad.
