Bulk rename update and file list display

Postby robirdman » Fri Jan 29, 2021 12:43 pm

So after the update, there is a huge amount of space below and the space above where the directory tree and file list are is very small. I essentially do nothing but simple renaming and don't need all those refinements that are taking up so much space, and require me to do far more scrolling to get to the directories and files to select, than before I updated. Is there a way to not show a lot of the stuff below that I currently don't need. Basically about all I need it old name, new name, and sometimes as formatted.

thanks. I see that F9 gives me a big list but now the rename box is gone.

Then I tried typing a name I was going to delete in the one box and pressing the circular arrow next to it to see if that brought up the choice, but I got an error message and the whole list disappeared from the folder and all other folders showed blank with the error popping up repeatedly. OK control F9 is better.
