Bulk Rename Utility

Hi everybody, I'm so excited to have found this amazing tool but currently having some hiccups.

Essentially I created a CSV file one in ANSI and one in UTF-16 LE encoding, separate of course so I could test. I go to Actions -> Import Rename-Pairs and the list gets imported, it allows me to view the imported list with the From and To column. The "From" column matches the files (.jpg) in the current folder.

However, the program does not allow me to rename, the Rename button does not become active and when I click preview this message comes up "There are no selected items that need renaming."

Has anybody encountered this issue? Do I also need to have the .jpg extension in my CSV? (<-I think I tested that earlier and nothing)

Am I an idiot an completely overlooking something?

Hi, yes, please include the file extension. Also, you will need to select the files in the file list you want to apply the renaming to and then click Rename.
