How To Match FileName & MetaData Name

I'm hoping to change my Video files so their FileName (Title) matches the name found when I Right-Click > Properties > Details > Description Title.

I've changed the FileName for all my Video Files, but when I play them in Windows Media Player, it pulls the Description Title Name Instead of FileName.

From the File Properties, I want to use the data found in: System.ItemNameDisplay to replace the name found in: System.Title without the file extension -- is that possible?

Hi, BRU can rename files based on their metadata, but it can't change metadata based on the file name at this time.

I really appreciate your quick reply .... This might be an unusual question in this form, but does anyone know of a software that allows you to change the MetaData?
