Change after Windows 11 update

Hi I had a Windows 11 update and the file Window now only shows This PC and to get to the file I want I have to go through a lengthy click round every time. Previously I had Quick Access showing and it was no problem. Any ideas how I get Quick Access back thanks?

What version?
Win-key + Break or (from a command line) Winver.exe might give you that information?


And what, you're saying the directory tree no longer displays?

And what is this work-around method that you now need to use?

Path now This PC\C:\Users\Me\Documents\File

Previously Quick Access\Documents\File

I still get to where I want to be but its a chore when theres a few different files to rename.
