Numering if name is the same and then back to 0

Hello everybody I want to ask how to increase the numbering file, while the filename is the same increase the number then back to 0 Example:

90000_TEXT0.txt
90000_TEXT1.txt
90001_TEXT0.txt
90001_TEXT1.txt
90002_TEXT0.txt
90002_TEXT1.txt
90002_TEXT2.txt
90002_TEXT3.txt

And then eventually continue with others files. Thanks for read and I will appreciate any tip or idea. Blessings.

Can''t have two files with the same file name in the same folder?
Or is this as result of partial renaming before numbering applied?

It's correct, those files have a number with date in the prefix but I don't want that info let me put the full original name.

Before:

20220906_032511_90000_TEXT.txt
20221014_012433_90001_TEXT.txt

20221014_012434_90002_TEXT.txt
