Bulk Rename Here

Hello - please excuse me if this has been covered before but I'm in need of help. I am a music teacher and for a many years I have used this software to bulk rename files inside of iTunes on a Windows laptop. The files have 11 characters or garbage in front of the track titles - usually 15 - 20 tracks per album. In the past I have simply hi-lighted all the tracks and then right click to find the BULK RENAME HERE option. I looked at the PDF manual and saw the CONTEXT MENU info. However, the BULK RENAME HERE option has gone when right clicking. I even went back to my old laptop that had this option - I used it for the past 5 years and the option has also gone. Could anyone point me in the right direction to get this lovely utility back? Many thanks, John.

I had the same problem, I reinstalled and selected the "Install Windows Explorer Extension" during installation, and its back.

I didn't see a "Context Menu" and the RUN cmd did not work for me.
