replayce filename with title (metadata)

How can I replace the filename with the title name in metadata?

I tried to remove the name (2) and did add (7) prefix: (title). this didn't work it just deleted the title. In windows metadata there is a title. Whats do I have to do exactly?

Must surround (Windows-file-properties) like <(windows-file-property)> in case somebody wants to insert (AnyText).
This also lets users specify some optional text, that should only be added when their metadata is found...
