! img fr folder to rename

I have hundred of folders, named with the code of the article, and inside just 1 image of the article but written just as description
I need rename each image with the name of the folder + the description

For example

folder1 ../10070/image of product color navy.jpg
folder2 ../10071/image of product color navy.jpg
folder3 ../10071/image of product color navy.jpg
...

I need collect all the images in a new folder with this names
10070_image of product color navy.jpg
10071_image of product color navy.jpg
10072_image of product color navy.jpg

Is it possible?
