How do I Change all files and subfolders at once?

I recently moved many files from one drive to another giving them a new created by date.
I have a folder under which there are multiple files and subfolders(which coiuld have subfolders). I need a way using the tool to change all the files in a directory including those in the subfolders so that the created date is set to the last modified date. I have done this for single files but it is not finding all the sub folders etc.

Filters(12) should have a checkmark inside for "Subfolders".
