How to get pic's Comments box into List view?

I use so called player added graphics in a game. Problem is that the game sometimes changes an object's ID, and because that ID is also used as its file name, I have to rename my files.
I have tried to "solve" this by adding a text into Comments box (pic - Properties - Details - Comments box) to help with recognizing all my objects.

Question:
how can I get that text in Comments box into List view? I know that there are these Custom Columns and tags..., but...

Question 2:
can there be "an access link" between that List view item and that actual Comment box so, that the text could also be adjusted in List view? Not just to see, but to adjust.
