Sorting files as consecutive numbers

Hi there,

I have file names including numbers like 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12............ . Program sorting these files like 1,10,100,101,102,103........... . I want to sort these files like "1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12............" as windows explorer do. How can i do that ? Please help me.
