Rename all files within specific subfolders 2 layers deep

I'm new a newbie needing to do an advanced rename of all files within a specific subfolder 2 layers into a parent.

Only the *.jpg files within each of the extrafanart folders need to be renamed using same name with the autonumber suffix that resets each time the folder changes.

Here's a small sampling of the folder structure:
Movie Sets\48 Hrs Collection\48 Hrs (1982)\extrafanart
Movie Sets\48 Hrs Collection\Another 48 Hrs (1990)\extrafanart

Movie Sets\American Pie Collection\American Pie 1 (1999)\extrafanart
Movie Sets\American Pie Collection\American Pie 2 (2001)\extrafanart
Movie Sets\American Pie Collection\American Pie 3 American Wedding (2003)\extrafanart
Movie Sets\American Pie Collection\American Pie Presents Band Camp (2005)\extrafanart
Movie Sets\American Pie Collection\American Pie Presents Beta House (2007)\extrafanart

As a bonus if Renamer could create new folders in another location using the folders with names ending in "Collection" and included *.png and *.jpg files within the respective folder levels. Therefore, nothing from within the actual movie folder.

Example output results:
MSIF\48 Hrs Collection\
MSIF\American Pie Collection\

I'm wondering if I didn't do a good job explaining the situation or perhaps it's simply that BRU can't do this?

Hi, if I understood the task correctly, you can specify the folder level with lvl in Filters (12) in BRU.
Can you give some examples of file and/or folder name before and after?
