so, im using bulk rename with pairs. ive uploaded the txt (or csv), select the files that want to be rename, but it wont pair! it keep keeping the original name. so how do i pair the pairs?

Im sorry if this has been ask many times, its a first time experience using this tool
so, im using bulk rename with pairs. ive uploaded the txt (or csv), select the files that want to be rename, but it wont pair! it keep keeping the original name. so how do i pair the pairs?
