Bulk Rename Utility

I have edited a large number of folders by removing excess characters & numbers in their descriptions. How do I rename the files which reside within these folders to the same names as the folders themselves? Each folder has a single file inside that I would like to rename to it's parent's folder's name .

But I suppose it's something along the lines of
2:Name, Remove
9:Append Folder Name, Prefix

This is exactly what I need to do and would very much appreciate it if someone could improve on "It's okay, I've worked it out."

Hi, it's done with "Append Folder name (9)" I believe. And removing the file name with Name(2).
