How do i compare /rename the contents of 2 different

I've got two directories full of files, one is a rom image and the other is a jpeg image. Both have slightly different names.

Can this application make both the same in a "bulk" mode? Basically, can it bulk rename the files into both directories and say make the directory files of director 2 the same as directory 1?

If there were a 1 to 1 correlation between the files in each directory,
you could do something like:

2:Name, Remove
10:Numbering, Prefix

With that, in 1 directory you'd have 1..100.rom & the other, a corresponding 1..100.jpg.
