What Happened to my BRU? -- Start screen is messed up

start up screen now just shows my file directory tree (12)

and starts with only "filters mask " box . How do I revert to the default rename screen? Love this program but what did I do? Wish I could attach my screen capture grab . help. Reinstall?

To the left of the Preview, Reset, Revert boxes, is a square icon. Click it.
(Or, hit F9 [Ctrl+F9 too].)
