BRU having trouble renaming random files/folders

I'm trying to change the dates on my files and certain ones will randomly not be renamed. When I select the trouble file individually and attempt to rename it again, BRU gives this message at the bottom "0 item(s) successfully processed". How do I remedy this issue?

So you're using the, Change File Timestamps feature?
Or are you looking to include "dates" into the file name itself?
