Help needed - renaming files based on folders

Hi, apologies if this is a basic question but I'm new to this tool and not very tech-savvy. I have a bunch of files with identical filenames, each inside a folder with a name containing information. It's structured something like this:

Folder A
- Image.jpg
Folder B
- Image.jpg
Folder C
- Image.jpg

I'm looking to append the folder name to the filename within the folder - for instance, in the example above it would rename the files to something like "Image - Folder A.jpg / Image - Folder B.jpg / Image - Folder C.jpg". I know I can do this individually by entering each folder, but I'd like to do it in a batch at the folder level - each folder only contains one file, so individually running the rename utility on each file would be superfluous.

Is there a way to do this in bulk? I did look through the previous How To forum posts but didn't see anything pertinent.

Thank you in advance!

Append Folder Name (9):
Name: Siffix
Sep.: - (space dash space)

This works at the individual file level, but I'm looking to do it at the level of the folder above. Running this function at the folder level tries to rename the folder itself.
