Stuggling with Date Taken Renaming

Postby Edye » Sat Aug 30, 2025 9:09 am

The date on one of my camera bodies was ahead by 1 hour, so when I combine the photos from all camera bodies, the sequencing is out of order. I've used the Change File Timestamp feature to change all options to -1 hour and setting the EXIF Date Taken (Original)/Item Date Set to: Date Created, but I get an "Access Denied" error after clicking the Rename button. What am I missing? Link to screenshot of the 3 steps I'm taking is below. Thankful for any insight.https://drive.google.com/file/d/15pBVNWOjgn15sCI9f6EyjldoqQEc5efn/view?usp=sharing

Took a while, but after some research I found a work-around. I used a 3rd party app called ExifTool to shift the Date Taken (Original) back 1 hour. Then I used BRU to sync the other times to the Date Taken (Original) time.
