Remove (5) From and to - Regression Functionality Request

BRU v4.0.0.X introduced a new feature, being the ability to input negative values in to the Remove (5) "from" and "to" parameters.

Since this feature implementation, a previous functionality has been lost which I would like to be restored.

In BRU v3.4.4.0, whenever the mouse wheel was used to scroll upwards through values in the Remove (5) "From" parameter, the "to" parameter would automatically follow it, for example:

Remove (5)
From: 0 to: 0
From: 1 to: 1
From: 2 to: 2
From: 3 to: 3
From: 4 to: 4
From: 5 to: 5

etc.

Also whenever the mouse wheel was used to scroll downwards through values in the Remove (5) "to" parameter, the "From" parameter would automatically follow it, for example:

Remove (5)
to: 5 From: 5
to: 4 From: 4
to: 3 From: 3
to: 2 From: 2
to: 1 From: 1
to: 0 From: 0

etc.

The current behaviour in BRU v4.0.0.X is as follows:

Remove (5)
From: 0 to: 0
From: 1 to: 0
From: 2 to: 0
From: 3 to: 0
From: 4 to: 0
From: 5 to: 0

Remove (5)
to: 5 From: 5
to: 4 From: 5
to: 3 From: 5
to: 2 From: 5
to: 1 From: 5
to: 0 From: 5

As you can see, the "from" and "to" parameters do not automatically follow each other.

The previous behaviour functionality should be re-implemented for the following reasons:

(1) The user could visually identify where the character removal was going to start from by visually tracking where the single removed character was located while scrolling with the mouse wheel.
(2) It was easier to adjust the "From" and "to" start and end points.
(3) Less mouse scrolling was required to set the desired range of the "From" and "to" parameters.

I have personally found that the old behaviour was a much more efficient and convenient workflow.

The way I would like the "Remove (5) From and to" parameters to function in BRU v4.0.0.X is as follows:

Using the mouse wheel to scroll upwards in the "From" parameter, the "to" parameter automatically follows it:

Remove (5)
From: 0 to: 0
From: 1 to: 1
From: 2 to: 2
From: 3 to: 3
From: 4 to: 4
From: 5 to: 5

etc.

Using the mouse wheel to scroll downwards in the "to" parameter, the "From" parameter automatically follows it:

Remove (5)
to: 5 From: 5
to: 4 From: 4
to: 3 From: 3
to: 2 From: 2
to: 1 From: 1
to: 0 From: 0
to: -1 From: -1
to: -2 From: -2
to: -3 From: -3
to: -4 From: -4
to: -5 From: -5

etc.
