OP - tad off topic, what utility are you using to the left of the top right of your window?

I was using "4t Tray Minimizer" but its very old and can cause clashes due to its XP nature but as you can see in the image below it can roll up windows something OS9-OSX (or older) has done but never windows.

Windows 95 user interfaces are acutally not 10 years behind, but where first introduced 28 years ago. It really is time for BUR to embrace a ...

1.) Modern UI
2.) Scalable UI (vector based)
3.) Switchable White and Dark UI mode

You can commission a designer for a couple of hundred bucks on Fiverr.

A vote for Dark Mode with scaling? YES!

There is absolutely NO | ZERO | NODDA reason to change the layout/format of the GUI to some needlessly overdone, bulging one meant for touch screens like similar use tools.

I've tried other apps. The GUI sucks. The workflow for even simple tasks is horrible also.

The simplistic "here is all that you need" GUI we have now is one of the draws of BRU that keeps it as my sole rename tool.

I registered an account today just to say that a UI refresh that is scalable, uses vector icons, and respects the system Light/Dark theme would be amazing.

Even though BRU is free, I would totally pay money if it would help support a UI refresh.

I've used Bulk Rename Utility for over 15 years and nothing even comes close in terms of usability and features. Let's bring it into the 21st century and give it a modern UI please!

Please do not changee do "modern gui" like Microsoft suggest it had to be. Microsoft "modern gui"
The Microsoft GUI is overflowing with pictograms that nobody recognizes, whose meaning is not clear or which are grouped in a nonsensical manner and which nobody can find.

The BRU GUI ist perfect!

I registered an account a year and a half ago to add my support for Dark Mode, and I find out today that it's been available for the last 6 months.

Amazing - it looks so good, and BRU still blows the competition out of the water for versatility and speed.
