Add check boxes to Replace: "Last" and "Include extension"

Add these checkboxes to Replace:
- Last Last occurrence of the string
- Include extension The entire file name is considered, so that it becomes possible to Replace the target string x-.mpg by x-.mp4. When Rename is clicked, if such a Replace spec will result in the modification of the extensions of one or more files, issue an appropriate warning prompt box.

Hi, currently you can use the \last\ prefix to replace the last value and you can include the file extension in the Renaming Options menu -> File/Folder Extensions.
For example:
Replace: \last\M
With: N
