Accents: move from Remove (5) to Replace (3)?

Should the Accents function be moved from Remove (5) to Replace (3)? It is inherently a replace function, as you are not deleting the letter but replacing it with a non-accented version of the letter.

All the other functions within Remove (5) are actually removing things from the name.
