Would it be possible to implement external batch/config file in UTF-8 or Unicode encoding that could be entered as a command line argument?
Currently I can't use any rename operations with non-system characters, BRC throws an error like "Unrecognised RegExp Syntax: \(??????\)[ ]*".
Windows API limitations I guess
