Win 11 update has reset my Bulk Rename

Hi I've just had a Win Update and it reset my utility and the left file window now only shows 'This PC'. How do I get it to show 'Desktop'? Thanks

Make folder-tree use my desktop as root-folder

First to exit the bru, then add a line like Desktop Root=1 inside of your "Bulk Rename Utility.ini" under the [Preferences] line.
