Add a Range Function to Each of the Rules

Hi,

If it's possible, adding a "Range" function into each of the rules so the user can set a desired range for changes to take place would be useful.

For example:

Range Start = 10
Range End = 20

This would mean that the rule change only has an effect between this character range of 10 to 20.

More specifically in regards to the following rules:

- Replace (3)
- Case (4)
- Move/Copy Parts (6)

Here are some examples:

Example 1: Replace (3): Replace between range value 1 to range value 2 -> With: value x

Example 2: Case (4): Title Enhance between range value 1 to range value 2

Example 3: Move/Copy Parts (6): Move/Copy between range value 1 to range value 2 -> To position x
