Renaming Internet Chrome Browser Bookmarks

Suggestion:
Would like to be able to use Bulk Rename Utility for renaming internet Chrome Browser Bookmarks.

Hardly appropriate (for BRU to do something like this).

(At least in Firefox), bookmarks are stored in a places.sqlite (an .sqlite) file.
I would expect that there are extensions out there to do something along the lines you want?
(Given what Chrome is, I would be very suspect of any extensions for it.)
