Remove From / To

When using "Remove From...To" you will want a TO value that is less than the FROM value, right?

So why not automatically set the FROM value to be equal to the TO value whenever the FROM value is changed?

That way (for example) after setting FROM to 40, the TO value is automagically set to 40 so you can quickly adjust it upwards from there, and not have to start from zero.

In version 4.0.0.7, if the TO and FROM values are the same and the FROM value is increased by one, then TO is also automatically increased by one. However, TO can be set to a value less than FROM. In particular, TO can be negative, which means counting from the end of the name. For example, FROM 2 TO -2 is allowed and means selecting from the second character to the second-last character.
