Changing Order of Filters

The #1 thing I'd like to see in a new version is changing the order of filters. If I want to use regular expressions, I have to use it first. If I want to modify the extension, it won't take effect until almost the end. I don't know what would be the most aesthetically pleasing way of changing the interface, but it would be pretty intuitive if all of the filters were arranged as a list, so moving a filter up or down would change the order in which they take effect.

Also, on a different topic, I'm not sure the regular expression module is correctly implemented (or maybe my expression is too advanced). There's no way to capture segments of an expression [using parenthesis] as far as I can tell. Also, if my expression matches any part of the filename then the entire filename gets replaced, not just the portion that was matched.

Thanks for making this great program by the way. Been using it for years.
