Switching items in a file name

I checked the existing posts but could not figure this out.

I have files in this format: A confederacy of dunces - John Kennedy Toole.mobi
I want files in this format: John Kennedy Toole - A confederacy of dunces.mobi

In each case the items are separated by a space dash space.
