Remove "The" but only at the start of a file name

I'm wanting to rename all my music folders so "The Who" becomes "Who", but I only want this at the start of the filename, not within it.

Clues appreciated, this i an amazing program and I use it every week

Replace:  \2


If name starts with the<sp>, remove it.
