Drag&Drop will not display file Name where length > 252

drag&drop will not display the file Name where the length of the filename > 252 chars
- an "icon" does display, no name, followed by the size*, date, ...

sample file name:

size* may or may not be accurate
as in once you've hit this "condition",
if you clear the list of file names (F5)
& drag a different sized 255 char filename into BRU
the previous length is retained, not the new length (i believe)
