Bug in Remove From/To fields not being in sync

In version 4.0.6 when setting the Remove: From/To field as you set the first number the second "to" value remains at zero.

I'm pretty sure in version 3x the "to" field would stay in sync as you incremented the "from" field. It made for a nicer user experience.
