Create copies of file and rename them?

Given a file called "file.docx", can Bulk Rename Utility create an arbitrary number of copies (say, 30) of it and rename them "file 1.docx" through "file 30.docx"?

No, but you could create the file copies with Windows File Explorer (Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V) , then right click on them, select "Bulk Rename Selected Items" and rename them with a counter as you need.
