Launch from .BRU fails to load .BRU if program open

1 In Explorer, double-click a .BRU.
2 Verify program opens and loads settings
3 In Explorer, double-click a second, different .BRU.

Expected: second .BRU loaded.
Expected: second BRU [img]not[/img] loaded, leaving first BRUs settings in place.

This can have very serious consequences for critical applications esp. since a JS rename difference is unseen on the main screen.

Hi, BRU wasn't designed to open a .bru file, if the program was already opened. We have added that now.

That's doesn't fit with with the fact the BRU exe does accept and can act on the filename parameter.

Yes, just clarifying that there was no code in there to make that functionality happen, we have it added for 4.0.1.0
