allcaps names to lowercase except title names

how would i go about making only file names in ALLCAPS to lowercase BUT not title names or file names that arent entirely capitalised?

e.g.
replace "ALLCAPS" to "allcaps" but not "Allcaps" or "AllCaps"?

the case(4) exception box and the selections(12) filter box doesnt seem to accept regex in it so im not sure which combination of boxes to enter to get the desired result or what to type to filter out the names correctly without affecting title names.

i like the case(4) lower and extension(11) lower "anti-allcaps" feature of BRU for those of us whose eyes hurt simply by looking at allcaps file names hahaha~ but unfortunately i dont mind title names and partially capitalised names and want to preserve them so TIA for any help.
