V2, 7, 1, 3 Fail on diacritics

Thanks for a great program.

I have one problem. Failure of RegEx to match diacritics e.g. at pointer here:

And the results dialog is inaccurate, accordlingly: http://i.imgur.com/ysbR1wm.png

Any solution?
