Renaming file using RegExp

where mm - is month
dd - is day
yyyy - is a year
I want to rename all files to the following: mm dd [NAME] yyyy [somthing else].pdf
In other words put date stamp at the beginning of file name
Name is the same for certain group of files
For example: COSTCO 12 20 2018 L F H.pdf to replace to 12 20 COSTCO 2018 L F H.pdf
COSTCO 08 01 2018.pdf to replace to 08 01 COSTCO 2018.pdf
