I can confirm this release resolved the issue, I also noticed you added an additional note in the help file as a result of this fix:

Names with Comma
If a name contains a comma, it must be enclosed in double quotes. This quoting prevents the comma from being interpreted as a field separator, for example:
"Track,001.mp3","Bob,1.mp3"

Thank you so much! :)

Thank you for reporting this issue!

In the latest version of Bulk Rename Utility, we’ve streamlined the process for importing renaming rules from Excel.
Previously, you had to export your data to a CSV file and then import that file. Now, you can simply copy your data directly from Excel.

What’s New?

Direct Clipboard Import: Instead of exporting your Excel data as a CSV, you can now select your data directly in Excel. Easy Copy-Paste Operation: Just copy your Excel columns containing the old and new names using Ctrl+C and then import the data directly into Bulk Rename Utility by pressing Ctrl+Alt+C.

Step-by-Step Process:

Prepare Your Data: In your Excel sheet, make sure that your first column contains the old names and the second column contains the new names. The columns do not need to have specific headers.
Copy Data: Highlight both columns with the old and new names and press Ctrl+C to copy them to the Windows clipboard. Import Clipboard Data: Switch to Bulk Rename Utility and press Ctrl+Alt+C to import the data directly.

This update eliminates the need for CSV export.
